Turn it on her. Call her out on her persistence in trying to pursue a relationship when you've made it explicitly clear you have no interest in one. Say you won't tolerate someone incessantly questioning your decision and it's best for her to leave. Speak matter-of-factly and apathetically then watch the hamster spin.

Sooner or later a plate will start demanding for commitment. It's in a woman's biology to seek a closed relationship with a high value male. Don't expect a plate to last more than a few months, the only way to make FWBs last longer is to start an official relationship.

You're two options are this, start a relationship, or next her.

Just be honest. If you actually are at a point in your life where you want to commit, fine. Cut the other plate loose, and give it a shot with her.

Since you are not at that point, you don't even have to wait for her to ask about commitment. Just flat out tell her she's a grade-A, top of the line FWB or casual relationship, and you like things the way they are. If she has a different guy who she wants to LTR up, then by all means she should pursue it, but since she doesn't, then she might as well be getting you over a vibrator.
