This is probably more appropriate for askTRP but fuck it. You have a wife that doesn't respect you. Blaming you for her waking up late when you're not even home? That's teenage shit right there. She also works so that's a red flag by itself. What happens when she's constantly frustrated with you and happens to meet Mr. Plan B on the job? Guess what? It will be branch swinging time before you even realize what happened. Women that respect their men don't pull shit like this. You need to take control and stop rewarding her shitty behavior by caving in like a pussy. If you know things need to be done a certain way then do that and stop giving a fuck what she thinks. Don't ask her what she thinks at all. Just do what you know needs doing and walk away if she tries to start a fight. Best of luck. I've seen this exact scenario play out over and over in the military.

You apologize too much (Never apologize unless you ran over the dog by accident, etc)

You are too available to her and have little interests outside your "relationshit"

Start lifting weights and eating better. Get at least 8 hours of sleep. Don't let her get awat with taking your sleep.

Allow her 20 seconds of verbal abuse. Not a second longer. If she continues, get up and LEAVE and say NOTHING. Do NOT answer her text or calls for a few hours.

Come back like nothing happened and DO NOT DISCUSS WHY YOU LEFT. She knows.

If she demands answers, just say "I am not discussing this and find your disrespect unacceptable".

Do not accept marriage counselling. You will lose more respect and money along the way.

She is going to cheat on you (or already has).

Start talking to a divorce lawyer and finding out how you can slowly structure your life in a way to limit financial and health inpact on your life.
