Lately TRP seems to have filled with stories and field reports where alpha male is this narcissistic "Chad stereotype" so I wanted to share this podcast where Real Alpha shares his wisdom. General McChrystal is not some frat boy, he's warrior: he was credited with the death of Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, leader of Al-Qaeda in Iraq.

In this podcast he talks about many things like eating only one meal per day, Special Ops, and mental toughness etc. I think that he is a kind of man that TRP should take as a role model instead of this "Chad stereotype."

There is nothing specifically about TRP in this podcast but I just thought that because we live in modern pussified world where all males seem to be fully of feminized, it just good to get reminder what being real masculine alpha man means.
