I read a post on here a few months back about framing yourself with women as a sexual being. The gist of the post was that by framing yourself that way, girls know what they're getting into when they agree to a date with you, so you filter out the ones that aren't interested. And by the way girls love that shit.

The same concept applies to an LTR. If you frame yourself as a sexual being with your LTR, she knows what's going down after you take her to that nice new restaurant that just opened down the street, and she too loves that shit.

Me, having only discovered TRP about half a year ago, and in an LTR coming up on 4 years, thought that that ship had sailed a while back. Well let me tell you fellas, that ship has never sailed. As with all things TRP, the process is a bit more difficult in an LTR because it's harder to change your frame with a person than it is to establish that same frame with a new one. But lucky for you, you've been reading the sidebar and lifting heavy things over your head, so you know a thing or two about maintaining frame. You're simply adding this component to it.

Now, this girl being a bit shy about stuff like this outside the bedroom, I went the slow route. I started with small things like giving her a little slap on the butt around my apartment, or telling her how great the view was when she walks up the stairs in front of me, followed by the obligatory smirk. Eventually, I became a bit less subtle about it, telling her she better save some energy after she got back from the gym for her real work out, and making sure she knew how much I loved her firm little ass.

The key is to do things like this on a regular basis, and unless you're literally about to carry her back to your room and throw her down on the mattress, it's best to deliver it as a semi-joke which gives the hamster an easy out ("he was just joking!") while making clear the frame of the relationship.

And her response just about every time I do something like this is "you're so bad!" followed by a laugh and a playful push. Do yourself and your girl a favor and make the frame of the relationship clear.
