It's a 6 hour flight and she prefers him to be uncomfortable. Exit row seats don't recline. I'm 6'2 and they are still uncomfortable and it seems airlines have made the seats smaller (or maybe it's my imagination). Just get some sleep and wake up at the airport. Your boyfriend may be already drunk but it won't be too late to start the party.

No way she gonna dump Chade, he is 6'2" and makes bank. Chad laid it down, pay your own way, not flying shitty Spirit and I'm gonna upgrade my 6'2" ass into first class.

I actually remember this one and at first I thought she was an asshole but really he is. He insisted on flying together and then upgraded himself leaving her alone on a more expensive airline. She could have flown on her own on her own cheaper airplane without his weird shit. No need to make up bs in order to make anyone look bad. There are plenty of real examples. This is not one of them. And I would dump him if I were her.

And anyone that complains about being 6'2" and needing first class go fuck yourself. I fly every month in cheap ass seats on cheap ass airlines and I'm 6'2" 310 lbs and I do just fine.

Am I the only one to think that's it's selfish for the guy to decide he's going to treat himself to first class and let his girlfriend alone in economy? The exit row aisle seems like a very appropriate compromise.

Is he also going to buy himself michelin star dinners and let her go to McDonald?

If I'm going on a trip with someone who has less money than me (be it a friend or a partner); I'll make sure to adjust the experience so they can afford it. Or I'll pay for both if I do want to treat myself.
