How do you feel comfortable and confident enough to give instructions when getting oral?

I don't even think about it, I just give the directions directly, on the spot, no introduction, no extra words. But that's just me. I don't consider how he would feel or if I would ruin the mood. When I'd do that on him, I don't wait for directions, I ask them directly, I ask if it's good, or if he wants something different. I find people won't tell you what to do anyway, so I prefer to ask.
I've had no complainers, was told the sex was really good.

Instead of thinking of it as a teaching moment where you give “instructions”, think of it as sexy talk so you can both have a good time.
