Hello! New user here. How much time do you ladies spend on OLD apps? My efforts to level up are going ok I think - my career is great, I have a strong network of friends, a range of interests and hobbies, I'm active and healthy - yet I find myself spending a crazy amount of time on OLD apps. It's addictive. And when I go on a date and he turns out to be a LVM, I feel mega low for a day or two afterwards because I got my hopes up too quickly...again. I think I'm struggling with a fear of loneliness which makes me do foolish things, like call up a LVM FWB for a hook up.
