I've been implementing FDS in my life and try hard to clean up LW people out of it. Of course, this means I'm also meeting some new people when I put myself out there, either through work, casual dating, or friends and social gatherings.
I've been vetting a few interested guys, and some of them just don't make the cut. For some reason, I struggle to articulate why, because outside of FDS, there is nothing wrong with those guys. I trained myself to lose interest after 1-2 red flags and I disengage, but I never fully tell them why. Some of these guys act upset and politely reach out for closure, some send me letters or even money. I've heard through the grapevine that one of the guys I've cut of after 3rd date has cried to his friends and now is in situations with a girl he doesn't love. I can't stop feeling guilty for either keeping them around for too long or not finding the right words. I'm trying to act pragmatic, like an employer that hiring new people, but I'm no corporation and also have feelings that are hard to explain sometimes.
TLDR: I don't have issues blocking disrespectful, lying, shady LMV's, but not when a guy exhibit 1-2 red flags or just says something that doesn't align with my moral subset. I don't know how to let them down easily. Suggestions?
