If you are following FDS, then you shouldn't be pursuing men. It's not your job to come up with a date idea, or to provide him with suggestions. Just say, "I have a lot of food allergies and can't eat out." If he's a smart, thoughtful guy, and if he actually cares, he will figure something else out. That's like, the bare minimum.
Then, you get to decide if the proposed activity is worth your time or not; if it brings value to you.
Trust me when I say that you DON'T want to be with a guy who you needs you to give him a whole power point presentation on choosing a nice date.
