Hi guys. I'm a 29F, just started dating a 35M. We've been meeting a few times a week and are in general taking it slow (we both have traumatic pasts involving obsession with our SOs and ultimately have had to walk away from relationships due to cheating/narcissism etc). I'm unsure if the rhythm of our relationship is normal:

1) We don't text compulsively - texts are to plan meetups for the most part - no BS texting basically (think no Good morning/night, no mushy flirting etc) 2) We have decided to not meet every single day of the week - we meet for activities (bbq, movies, group activities, working from a cafe together) 3) We haven't kissed / don't really express love / emotion to eachother yet...not sure if this is normal 4) We generally have a good time when we meet, and seem to care for each others well being (making sure we're home at a good hour, not spending time/money aimlessly) 5) There's no flirting / saying I love you to eachother

The rhythm is quite slow compared to any of my previous relationships where a kiss and more, along with extreme affection at the start was common, so it feels a bit unusual

We've also decided to be exclusive and are not seeing anybody else till we're certain about this.

Would love some feedback / sanity check on this.

Thanks xx
