Im in CANADA so people who are familiar with the CANADIAN law system should answer.

July 2018 I was raped by my FWB. We were in a car, and he asked me to come to the back seat. I went to the back seat because I felt like i couldnt refuse him and didnt wanna disappoint him. He started undressing me and I said "no" twice but in a very weak way. He ignored it and just continued. When he started I started crying and froze up. My arms and stuff werent moving and i felt out of control of my body. He continued and finished in my bum (which I asked him not to do like a couple days prior) and thats when i starting crying even more loudly, and thats when he said "Oh. I thought you were role playing" and then left me to cry in the back seat while he started driving again. Then he just drove me home and left.

Through the relationship he emotionally abused me and triangulated me with this bitxh named jena. He set it up so that I would always be begging for his approval. I stopped seeing him around Dec 2018 but was still contacting him through email asking for his approval and begging him to validate me. He threatened to leak my nudes to my family/ his friends if i didnt stop emailing him. (Threatening is illegal so that's another charge against him.)

I had the emails and messages saved of his threats, but sometime in 2020 I deleted them. They were too stressful to even look at. I deleted all evidence of him from my phone except hes on my block list. Stupid me. I have severe depression and ptsd and anxiety because of him. I couldnt stand to look at his messages and threats. So I have almost zero evidence.

I stopped emailing him in end of 2019, not in contact with him at all. But I still have the ptsd and depression.

He has other charges against him, as i found out near the end of relationship, like a rape charge from someone else. He beat the rape case.

Should I even fucking bother reporting. Is the process stressful. I dont want more stress. But I would love to see him get convicted. I would love to wipe the fuckboi smirk off his face.
