Okay, so I have encountered two different approaches to compliments.

a) Compliment something, that woman CAN'T change, so you are complimenting her. Like eyes, smile, hair, wit, etc.. b) Compliment something, that woman CAN change like her dress, earrings, hair (specific hairstyle or color) and so on.

What is FDS approach to this problem? What kind od compliment is better ? (Dale Carnegie would say the honest one and I 💯% agree, but that is for another discussion)
