Both 25 M/F. We started dating (but not boyfriend/girlfriend) back in November and recently he just ghosted me. Didn’t respond to texts or would text me randomly and when I responded, did respond. I was confused. I flat out texted him asking why he was ignoring me and he said he wanted to be alone. Which is fair enough, I just would’ve have wished he told me. I was thinking that he moved on without me. Comes to find out Monday morning that I was right. Another coworker was talking about her double date with him and a mutual friend of hers. Cool. He’s moved on, but I’m so frustrated that he didn’t tell me.

Tonight a group of friends went to hang out (covid procedures in place) and lo and behold, he also comes and brings his new girl. I feel like that’s just and asshole move since he knew that I’d be there. When I texted him later to ask him not to come to an outing that I had planned (and he invited himself to) he responded “I can’t stop doing things because of how you feel.”

I don’t know how to process any of this. I don’t have anyone to talk to about this. I’m so frustrated and insulted that he flaunted his new girl during their first date at the same place we had our first date. Anyone have any advice to move past this with someone you work with and have to interact with everyday?
