I've been working with TRP and MRP for close to a year, and I'm at the point that I'm wondering whether things are getting worse.

Before I started the pill, I was the epitome of bluepill depression. I had just gotten out of the military, and was angry and depressed that the world wasn't falling into place for me. When I started the required reading I started lifting, cutting out vices, and creating a life apart from my wife. I'm in university, but I've devoted more time to networking and pouring the entirety of my efforts into my career. I've learned to drywall and other basic home improvement, and I've started remodeling a bathroom in my home I've always hated.

With that said, the sex is still boring and she's fishing for attention I don't want to give because it seems to be a one-way deal. In my early days of MRP I made the mistake of talking to her about the lack of sex, and true to MRP it resulted in an increase in frequency but no improvement to quality. I'm bored spending any time with her at all, but spending time with my kids is important to me.

This is a vague question and I'm prepared to get torn apart for it; maybe that's what I need. Should I be explicit about the fact that I'm bored, knowing that it might just be negotiating attraction with her? Or should I just focus on myself, and consider us going our separate ways? I've gotten over the initial one-itis, but I can't help but think of the sunk cost of the seven years in this marriage and our two kids.

Have at it gentlemen, give me your best shot.
