Goddam it, been so on point for so long, broke frame and told wife I fucked someone, which I haven’t. I don’t know why I said it... I just had the shits and wanted to hurt her... I’m sure you all know how this played out... I’ve told her I just said it because I was angry... but she thinks I’ve cheated or is saying she believes it to punish me. We live separately as well and late 20s married 5 years. Can I get some help with how to sort this out.
