I saw a recent post re: body fat % and thought I'd share a recent insight

A few questioned my stats. I get them from my scale that reads body fat % and it's been fairly consistent for a year. Someone suggested Navy Method. I tried it. Here's the difference.

Scale: 15.2% Navy Method: BF 22.5%

My current stats: 186.5 lbs, Squat 200, BP 145, OHP 110, DL 175, Row 110.

BF% via Navy Method makes a lot more sense for those numbers.
