the venting isn't going to help. Post in OWS, or here if theres a question. You want to get in the habit of seeing the problem, showing you understand 'your' role in creating it, then having (or asking) a way through the situation.

This sub is as safe as it gets on the interwebs. The username is not tied to an email, the page automatically logs out after x minutes, etc. Only visit on your phone (incognito) and close the tab after every visit.

Take it from someone you went through the whole thing. Swallowing, puking it up again, anger... everything. You don't need someone to coach you. Get reading, read again. and take it slow. the anger can make you fuck up your marriage in a heartbeat. You need to digest the info first and the start the transition to become a better man.
