A couple areas that could be fucking with your dick health (in order of most likely, IMO):

1) performance anxiety - fight or flight response isn't conducive for fucking. It's mental and compounds on itself. Best way to resolve is through gained experience and realizing fucking isn't a big deal.

2) casual porn observance - do you still peruse porn, even though you aren't wanking? Basically trains your body not to get hard even when exposed to hardcore stimuli.

3) cardio health - you lift and eat right, do you also do light to mid cardio regularly?

4) drugs / alcohol overuse

5) age

You need to start living like a caveman. No porn or anything like that, keep exercising regularly and run at least 40-60 minutes a week (break it up into chunks). If you do drugs or use alcohol cut back on it or eliminate that entirely. The first time you do anything with a girl can be nerve wracking, so try to relax and enjoy the moment. It might just be anxiety.

Does your diet include a large portion of plant based proteins like soy?

Plenty of low cost meat substitutes use soy and it increases your oestrogen levels and decreases your testosterone levels. This can effect your sexual performance and health.
