Do you lift or play intense sports regularly?
Age 28 is a man's physical prime, you should not be having random aches that do not go away.

Another question for you.
Are you getting into lifting for the first time? If your body isn't used to lifting or intense sports after a long layoff then it is very normal that you are really really sore.

I am 40 and I train MMA six times a week and supplement with compound lifts.
As long as I regularly have my electrolytes (magnesium and potassium) I've got very very few problems. If not, shit gets serious pretty fast.
Try supplementing and check your diet.

Now, if you ever had tendinitis or muscle aches/pains, do they go away and heal? What about guys at the gym you may know, do they get better?
Yes. I wouldn't be able to train anymore otherwise. Minor injuries are very frequent especially when I am training BJJ.
How do you get the right electorlytes, and what happens if you miss a day? How long before should you get electrolytes before working out?
Nothing special. I have some sticks from my local drugstore. Since I am German, naming you the brand will probably not help you. I just take them three times a day and more if I feel I have to. It's a noticable difference they make.
And how about sleep, how important is it to recovery?
Sleep is always important. I get six hours a night and I take a daily nap up to 1,5 hours. I try to make sure that I always have the time to complete a sleep cycle, which usually is 1,5 hours, but sometimes I just wake up early and feel like I don't need anymore sleep.

Cramps, pain, no recovery. Google.
I forgot to add that I supplement with Vitamin D3 as well. 7000 IU atm.

I feel like you would get more responses if you posted this in a fitness or bodybuilding subreddit.
I'm older than you and I don't experience anything other than some muscle aches which go away after a couple of days. I never experienced any burning sensations.

Sounds like you're panicking about your mortality. I had the same sort of feelings worrying about irreversible damage done to my body at your age.
Take a breath, relax. Give yourself a couple of weeks off from exercise and working out. If the pain is in your wrist / arms it's probably from using a computer. Get an ergonomic mouse / keyboard.
If you're not getting any better see a doctor. They will tell you better than we can. If they don't take it seriously find one that will.

How is your diet?
What are you putting into your body?
Also don't over work out, you may need to select a lesser work out routine, don't get obsessed with being SUPER FIT, just be the image of health.

Try changing your diet. Since I went vegan, my mind and body heal faster and work better.

Ah. Good ol church of veganism... Are you a level 5 vegan already?
No worries. Do you.
Im 170 5'10, and still making gains on a strictly vegan diet.

Paleo works better for me. Plenty of gelatinous stuff to make my joints and tendons feel better. Very little sugar... I feel good every day. Still get pretty sore a couple of days after a hard workout though.

i havent heard a thing about paleo until I did some brief research, but it looks like youre avoiding processed foods. Thats a huge step for the average dude.
