Of course, it's a double standard. Men and women are not the same, hence, a different standard for each. Its like asking why are there different rules for humans and apes, different rules for cats and dogs, different rules for minors and adults. We are biologically different.

Men and women desire each other for different reasons; from a biological perspective sex for pleasure is a byproduct. A marriage or LTR is a transaction, where a man gains sexual and reproductive access to a woman, in exchange the woman gains protection and resources from him. It's not an apples for apples transaction, its a barter where you're exchanging apples for oranges.

A woman whose been with several men has devalued herself. A woman's sexuality is her asset, just as a man's strength and wealth is his asset. If several men have access to her sexuality, that means her sexuality and commitment is worthless. She is unfit to be a mother, and unworthy of being your partner. Double-standard, yes; contradiction, no.

That's not even all. Riding the "carousel" implies that she herself is unwilling for commitment. By the time she's changed her mind, she's probably close to have "hit the wall". Men have appreciating value, meaning as men age older they get better job experience/skill, potentially larger income, and accumulate more property/resources. Women have depreciating value, the prime of their life is between ages 18-24 at best. As she gets older, her looks fade, and her value deflates with every passing year. By the time she's done riding the carousel, any man sticking with her is getting a raw deal.

What do you call a key that opens lots of locks? A master key. What do you call a lock that's opened by lots of keys? A shitty lock. If an attractive girl went and asked 100 strangers to have sex, she'd probably get 50+ yesses. If a guy did the same thing, he'd maybe get 2. Girls who sleep around are giving away their primary asset. Also, they are likely to have low self-esteem. They also have a hard time making strong emotional connections. They are also more likely to have STDs. Finally, unless you're the "biggest"/strongest/most alpha guy she's ever slept with, she will compare you to that guy and you will be found wanting. That will make her more likely to cheat.

If you believe women and men are the same then it's a double standard.

If you follow TRP then both sexes have completely different psyche's, urges and instincts. The amount of sexual partners of a women has a direct impact on her capability to form a long lasting relationship (google it for the scientific studies). For a man there is no negative correlation, on the contraty with experiece he learns how to be a better partner.

Aside from that men and women mature at a different pace, a woman will be an adult around 16-18 and become sexually very active while for a man very often there is a long process of mental maturing. Google Rollo Tomassi's SMV chart if you will. This means that when a man reaches his peak around 30 and get's to enjoy the fun, a woman of that age is far over her peak. Consequently societal pressure to put men & women of the same age together (usually when the woman realises her glory days are almost over at 28) ends up being a union between a man who sacrifies his glory days and a woman who already had all the fun. A lot of guys are not aware of this and later on when they discover that they sacrified alot for very little in return they become very bitter (lot of people here).

Women have sex for emotional reasons and they become permaneantly attached to every lover they've ever had.

Men and women are different. I know it goes against everything we have been taught but that is the Red Pill.

Women with lots of partners have trouble bonding and become Alpha Widows. A woman with 20 or more partners has a Divorce rate of 85%. A woman with 0 partners has a Divorce rate less than 20%. Numbers don't lie.

Men with lots of partners (to a point) have experience and more stable future relationships. Men fall in love with the woman they are fucking and don't perseverate like demented retards about the Haaawwwt dude that railed them in the parking lot.

Men pursue women for sex. Women give permission for a man to have sex with her.

A key that opens a lot of locks is a master key, a lock that gets opened by a lot of keys is a shitty lock.
