I have read that testosterone has many effects on the body that alter it drastically. It increases bone density, promotes cell growth, increases energy reserves and makes you more motivated.

On the flip side I've heard that testosterone makes you age faster and you die earlier. Otherwise I have met high T men that were just like apes capable of speaking our language.

I know that there are certain activities you can engage in that increase testosterone naturally (primarily for young men). Those include lifting, playing some form of sport and getting laid to name a few.

Male bonding also helps, and probably taking on a social role like main provider/chief would naturally boast your testosterone.

Much of what the red pill teaches you will increase the likelihood of you engaging in activities that promote the production of testosterone in you bodies.

To all those long time red pillers out there, what I want to know is:

How do you think naturally boosting your testosterone has changed you?

I particularly want to know if you think it aged you. I'm 21 and look younger, but I like it that way, for the longevity aspect.
