The 'scale' is really binary:

1 - Would bang.

0 - Would not bang.

Man, I made a pretty shitty post about it here, mostly mocking, but it had some reason to exist. Common usage varies, with some men admitting they plated threes, and some men (mainly younger) will place any women they fucked on the 7 to 10 range. As far as I can tell, people use it MOSTLY like this:
HB8 to 10: They all draw attention, they're all hot. Usually guys use it to refer to "girls every man would pursue". Girls you'd call out three times before nexting, have logistics solved for the first date, plans a, b and c of places to bounce to;
6 to 8: It seems here's where the "cute" girls fall on. 10/10 of men would still bang but probably the guys that have it easy wouldn't try hard;
4 to 6: The "you could be doing better" women, the girls you should next because they said no to the first invitation. Girls that should fclose after a decent first date or not expect a second. Women you go for thinking of practicing game without flickering;
2 to 3: You're desperate, low self esteem and can't take chances;
Under 2: Nope.

It's pretty much subjective and based on taste. Interestingly, though, towards the bottom of the scale I think you would find that the grouping gets closer, though.
