Yea, I'd convert the need to wank into motivation to get laid... it's much much more social and rewarding.

It's not easy to break an addiction, but being aware of it, is a good start for addressing it.

Have a strategy to address it. For me I would go do something, usually in the evenings... either Gym, Playstation, Book, Reddit, something enjoyable but without the huge dopamine release that porn provides and creates a dependency on.

Once I got off Porn, I became really good with meeting women, the desire to get laid heightens with every day, it forces you to sink or swim. But trust me after sinking for a bit, you find yourself swimming better than you would have thought.

And it's a ton of fun.

Porn is for boys who have yet to wake up and take the red pill.

I know what you mean. Seeing a hot weather chick can send me into a mad porn binge. It's all habit. This helped me to an extent, just to logically see how bad it really is.

you need to realize the effect the problem here is discipline . Try to stop for 3 days jerk off without porn use only your mind don't ejaculate then stop, just watch porn without jerking it, then close porn tab wait a bit, try to jerk it off with only your mind again you'll feel the difference porn drain your desire.

Minimize alone time. If you need to use your computer to do work, go to a public place like a library or coffee shop. Find some hobbies that keep you busy.

Porn is definitely unhealthy but masturbation is fine if done in limited ways. Most importantly just give a lot of grace to yourself. You're young and full of sexuality. It's a wonderful thing.

First things first, don't blame porn for your problems. If you're a virgin your probably not out there trying and actually talking to women. But if its something you really want to stop anyway remember it will take time. I liked this post, 15 benefits of quitting porn. I don't know if all of those benefits were real but they definitely could be.

Hey if things are really out of control lock up your computer and prevent yourself from actually doing it.

And stay away from nofap. The more you're thinking about no fapping, the more you want to do it. Success comes from replacing the destructive habit, not just eliminating it.
