Hey fellas,

I LTR'd a girl at the beginning of the month, hooking up 3 months before that. There was another girl I was seeing at the time in an open relationship that I punted in order to give this one prime time.

She asked for the relationship 3 separate times, I made her wait around 2mo. in total before deciding that I wanted to give it a go. We do not live together and I'm not planning to any time soon.

She is 90% awesome, knocks my socks off in many ways, but my question is..

I always seem to be the one initiating everything. I'd say 9/10 texts, calls, and dates are initiated by me. I am kind of testing her right now as well. We spent all weekend together with friends and eachother, and we have plans to be at a party together Fri night. I'm curious to see if she will text me at some point between now and then, or try to hang out.

How does TRP feel about this? From my perspective, if she does not initiate more and demonstrate reliable, ongoing, self-starter levels of interest, I need to invest less. I need to spend time going out on my own, maybe apply a little dread. I could also take the conversation overt and be like "hey, I'm not going to be the only one who makes plans".

I'm planning to shoot pool with some friends on Thurs, which happens to include a girl who has sent DTF signals in the past. I would normally invite my GF, but if I don't hear from her by then I think my plan is to go alone and just tell her about it once I'm there.

OR.. is this just the normal behavior for submissive women? She is quite submissive, sexually, socially, and otherwise. When we are together she is almost always on my arm or trying to be near me. Perhaps this is just the way she is and it's up to me to lead the way?
