Long story short, matched with this girl on Tinder and we exchanged Snapchats. She sends multiple snaps throughout the weekday, but on the weekends, she posts stories and leaves me on open/read.

She shows interest and I've been trying to meet up, but she can't during the week because she's a teacher who works like 12 hours a day. When I try to meet up on the weekend, it's either "only if I can catch up on work", "we'll see", or I'm left on read/open.

Any advice or is this a soft next?
