My car died on me today, I'm starting the search for another with not so great credit. My girlfriend jumped to help, I know will not last for long which is why I've been keeping her at a distance in regards to helping. I don't know how long it'll take me to get another car, but I need advice on holding up my frame through this. Rather the mindset to stay in because I feel my value lower so I know other people will see it.

I've called my credit union to run a car loan application, have a friend looking into a guy he knows who owns a lot. Looking into cash for clunkers. If any of you know other things I can do, pass that on.
