The only way for me to get sloppy seconds from a friend is is I was unable to get any other woman from anywhere else. Both your friend and the girl will probably lose respect for you because that shit screams scarcity, unless you pump and dump and keep it discreet. I'd either just do it (probably the best option) or if you're really great friends with your buddy ask him first if he has any objection. If this is just some casual acquaintance from class and she hasn't seen him in 6 months I wouldn't even think twice about it. It's not like you're stealing your best friend's girlfriend or fiancee.
