It's funny because I was asking myself the same question about Belgium earlier today. I think European women in general are still different enough so that they may require a slightly different approach in comparison to Americans.

For instance what I found is that Belgian women are pretty closed and social circle game is way more important. They also don't respond as well to the whole asshole approach, but then again they often don't want a sweet guy either which leaves me somewhat hanging to what approach is (on average) best to get consistent results.

There are aspects to TRP that are definately American-specific, but the whole concept of TRP can be translated into just about any language with any culture. In all of my travels I have yet to find women who don’t respond positively to men who demonstrate high value and who look out for themselves rather than doting on women. If you are constantly working on your goals and improving yourself, I have a hard time believing that it won’t lead to results. While I’ve grown up in the U.S., RP techniques have worked for me in England, France, Italy, South Africa, and Australia. Sure, you have to adapt some aspects but the core of demonstrating your value and making yourself the prize will work just about anywhere.
