Mystery is revered mostly for the concepts he discovered and not really for the actual execution of those concepts. Peacocking, last minute resistance, the 3 second rule, AMOGING, demonstration of higher value, etc. are all things he came up with. A huge portion of the psychological component that TRP leeched from PUA comes from him. You shouldn't be watching any pua and trying to mimic what they do, you should just see how they roll, understand the underlying framework for why it works on women, and apply the fundamental ideas to your own situation. If you're just trying to ape someone else's style then you'll just look like an idiot. Nobody should be running Mystery Method game these days but anyone who is serious about the game should read his book "The Mystery Method" and get a better understanding of how he single handedly changed the game.

Getting laid in 2002 was way easier. The middle class was bigger so there were more women out. A lower percentage of them were fat. Smart Phones didn't exist so women had attention spans. People had more purchasing power and were generally happier. No rape hysteria.

It is definitely how others put it on here. I mean I remember before the game came out and approaching girls was a messy business that only naturals seemed to get right. He definitely pioneered a lot of the psychological manoeuvres.
