Hello, I am starting my pick up journey. I have done several approaches, but the all seem unintentional, like talking to the girl on line at lunch or while asking for a drink in the bar. However, whenever I am going to do a cold approach, I get really fucking nervous. I want to move, but I can't. I was able to do it yesterday, but my voice came out in the most unmanly way, and the girl just ignored me 100%. No worries, I laugh about that, no big deal.

Any advice on how to lower my anxiety, before approaching? I have heard of the 5 second rule, you have 5 seconds to approach a girl, after you see her, and I have been trying to control my frame, with mindsets like "i don´t care about the result" "the moment i approach, I already won". Maybe you can just share your own experience.
