Went on first date with a Tinder girl, had a few drinks, escalated and made out with her but she would not go home with me. Ok, no problem. She texts me that she "had a really great time :)" after we part ways.
Then we went on date 2 - again, we got along great and when we go to her car, this time we made out for much longer, I suggest we go back to my place and she says No, she will not do that on date 2. I tried again later, after more making out, but again she refused. Ok, no problem, not a big deal. Before she leaves, I set up a 3rd date for 5 days later. She agrees pretty enthusiastically, we part ways, she once again texts me that she had a great time.
I don't text her in between at all. On the morning of what was supposed to be the 3rd date, I text her saying "we still on for tonight?" She texts back about 3 hours later with something like "Oh I'm sorry, I made plans with my friends, but if we get done early I will text you :)". I did not respond to her text, and she did not end up texting me.
I see her move as a little disrespectful, so I'm thinking that a soft next is in order. We've only been on 2 dates, though, so not sure that will be effective. But oh well - i'm not just gonna text her again and act like nothing happened, nor am I gonna text her to call her out. At this point I'm thinking its on her to hit me up, and apologize.
Does this sound like the optimal play?
