Hello guys, so currently I'm involved in a lot of things(career stuff) and I don't really have a couple of hours free everyday to hit the gym as I would like(the biggest problem is the time I need to get to the gym and back, about 2 hours, because I'm currently living in suburbs until I finish one of my projects and college starts again, maybe you ask why, and the answer is less distractions from work).

So I told my problem to a friend who is hitting the gym weekly for 3 years now, and he advised me to do push-ups at home if I can't go to the gym as much as I would like, because push-ups works every muscle in your body.

So, are push-ups at home(in a big amount, of course) really a good, fast , alternative to going to gym?

Of course, I don't plan on getting an Arnold Schwarzenegger body just by doing push ups. But I just want to keep in shape until I have enough time to go to gym again.

I've seen some 30/60 days 100 push-ups/day challenges online, but I want to know if anyone tried it. Thanks a lot.
