Had dinner with a female friend today and there was this really attractive server (she seated us and took our bills but wasn’t our server giving us our food and asking how the service is etc) that was totally my type and I really wanted to ask her out but didn’t.

I thought she was checking me out and my female friend confirmed that she was indeed checking me out quite a bit.

I don’t think the server thought my friend and I were together because we were talking about our recent dating experiences and pretty sure the servers could hear cause we were close to their bar side and my friend took the bill cause she was treating me for my birthday.

Should also mention we briefly chatted cause my female friend complimented her nails so she opened the convo up.

My friend wants us to go back to that same restaurant next week for drinks so I can ask out the waitress.

Is it ever okay to ask waitresses for their number/IG/Snap when they’re the clock?
