If you really want kids, Make sure your chosen partner knows full well her life will be worse without you than with.

And you damn well better organize it as such. Keep her around to raise your children, with your name.

Leaving when he is 6-7 you are in fact giving up fatherhood. Especially if you have a son.

I have a 10 year old, actually split with my wife about 4 years ago (lead me to this forum along with others to learn and reinvent myself)

The one thing I will share as a father, you really are a non factor from the years of birth to 4-5. Its not till then the cool shit happens, the real teachings begin. Fishing, camping, hiking, all the outdoor shit a boy should learn from his dad ... not the Beta bitch mom settled for to secure a future.

If you are a true RP you will understand this ... you will at best only have your kid(s) 50% of the time and you will most likely compete and have to unteach them any Beta lessons they learned from mom and her boyfriends.

In short, if you want to be a father and have kids, no greater reward, if you just want your seed out there to promote your own species go pump n dump in a cup and save people the issues of why you bailed.
