They think you are mad when withdrawing is because their narcissistic parents acted this way when they were mad.

So A&A is a moronic brute-force tactic here. A simpe "I'm busy" is enough.

i figured this out... your withdrawing is coming off as butthurt... just withdraw in your head... every time she does something you deem MILDLY unacceptable just treat it as a shit test and pass it with ignoring or playful humor that scolds her. In your head check these off because your ONLY real asset here is your commitment. Once you check off enough little things to make it a big thing, leave. Bringing it up directly (without the shroud of I don't really care about this humor) causes drama if it's something little and you look like a little boy crying about nothing. Not bringing it up and withdrawing (to the extent she asks "are you mad") is being a butthurt little boy who is afraid of confrontation. Act stoic and make note of her failure in your head.

If it's something big bring it up directly and set boundaries... I'll give you a little tip about the small stuff: these kinds of things are just personality traits of hers that AREN'T going to change that much if you bring it up to her and she's going to thing you're a weak beta if you go passive aggressive butthurt on her. You need to realize your only bargaining chip is your presence but you don't need to hold it over her head for small things because they aren't going to change... they're who she is and you just need to walk if she does a bunch of things you don't like... you'll never change her core personality.
