I think that music has nothing in common with TRP phylosophy. TRP is in your mind and you listen to whatever makes you motivated or is correlating with your state of mind at the moment. It's a question of your taste. You donn't nessesarily need to work out listening to some hardcore metal. As for me i prefer to listen to a modern jazz-bands like BADBADNOTGOOD. It keeps me active and motivated during my gym time. As for the "sad" music - i do like some Radiohead and Depeche Mode which most of people would find suicidal but i prefer term "beautiful" or "gentle" instead of "sad".
