The Red Pill does make some men embrace isolation. When you take the pill your new lens of seeing a more realistic way of the world makes you enter at first a depressive worldview. I believe this is due to the loss of those blue pill hopes and dreams. You know, the ones we've been sold from all those Disney movies, about a woman's ability to love you the way you love her.

You need to find some sort of hope that is beyond the dreams you pined for in your blue pill condition. I believe solitude can be good for a man, especially for creative endeavors. However, long term isolation is to your detriment. Apply these Red Pill truths on women, even if that means you don't want to sleep around. The Red Pill is simply a sexual strategy that allows you to have more control in your sexual strategy. Yes, women are prone to hypergamy. Knowing this, allows you to have a semblance of control on how a woman can view you.

I sense a pity party coming from you. Stop this. Get in the gym, find a new hope that is beyond that blue pill bullshit, and start interacting with other people. We're not special, but that doesn't mean we can't give up by not playing the Game. You're going to play whether you like it or not. Now you know the rules behind it. Get out there and thrive with that new knowledge.

The point of the red pill is to make you the best version of yourself possible. When you do this you'll find you have a lot to offer and people will be excited about it.
