When you approach a girl who clearly has the highest SMV in the room, how do you avoid getting pulled back by other thirsty betas trying to win her attention? My assumption is that since the BP guys are all easily validating the girl for nothing I should be the one guy that sits back to avoid doing the same. However, the issue I see is that this isn't proactive. I've still got to approach without getting shut out. But I have no desire to look like I am just another BP guy validating her very existence and trying to get her attention. So what is the appropriate game plan in such a situation?
