Meditation helps you clear your mind and find out things about yourself that you may have never contemplated. Keep an open mind. Use binaural beats if applicable and take it slow. A skill or a hobby? Skills that improve your human capital will make you a much more valuable employee in your new workplace.

Get comfortable at your job first, take some work home discretely.

If you have that down make sure you improve your skills related to your career.

An internet connection is all you need, that pencil and paper will come in handy for the list of potential hobbies you will want to do. Also a shopping list for the things you'll have to buy for your new hobbies or skillsets you will want to take on.

With that pencil and paper you can create art or write articles. Think of something you want to make and start making it.

By the way, don't stay in monk mode for too long.

put the phone away for a few weeks if you haven't already. Learn another language or write stories/poems/whatever you want.
