One day if you stop chasing women you will find a whole different world out there, the stress will be gone, the rejection which hurts even more will be gone, and so on.

Men are not ready for this knowledge, they still think the unicorn is lurking somewhere, its a rude awakening when you reach 40 and you find out it was all bull shit.

You look like you are not ready for this either and still want to break your head about women psychology, just look at how women act and see for yourself about the standard thing.

As they get older and start to freak out (given that those cunts are not online dating) they lower there standards, or if they where in a long term relationship like my ex girlfriend i was with for 9 fucking years house and everything i am 5 11 and 240 pounds been hitting the gym for 30y and she dumped me for a short skinny guy at her job, so different women different standards.

Going your own way is the only path to freedom.

I am 46, started lifting at 13, join a gym at 16 but the age of 21 i was pretty impressive, tall and 205 pounds, for the first time in my life i attracted women attention (not all women will want a big muscular guy they all have different standards of attraction this chad shit is a concept) i will be very honest in this and not brag and tell the absolute truth. Even at my best in my 20 when i had the beach body long hair and was pro wrestling in the indies on Montreal i still got rejected by some women.

The fact that you are training will make you a lot more attractive to women there is no doubt, you will be able to get a lot more and have a lot more sex, then say the guy that is chubby or too skinny, even at my age i am still in shape and big and i get compliments and women still touch me when they talk to me. Chest, arms, shoulders and butt this is all they are attracted to physically, and face.

My ex girlfriend was never attracted to muscles, she was a nerdy looking girl, all her friends where like wtf if i had a man like him (talking about me) i would bang him every night (yes my fault i was stupid getting older and social programing i invested 9y into this selfish self centered cunt out of pity).

With social media today online dating and more its even harder for men to get women, women are just fucking stupid online, i been rejected by ugly fat single mom with dead end job online, to picking up a sexy Hispanic 23y old waitress in a bar 3y ago, figure that one out.

If you wanna get women live is best, online is shit, they are mental bitches think they are entitled.

Check out the program Adonis Index, i hurt my back couple years back and a sport doctor got me on this for rehab, posture but its an excellent program to build a great shape, lots of shoulder work back etc.... you can even dl on piratebay for free.

Its the best program that i ever did with a good diet.

Well at 46 i don't go out much anymore my time is done, and i got tired of women a part from fucking, 170 190 not even sure like i said depends on the women, some are into this some hard not, when i am big i get less attraction, still depends on what the women wants. I personally train for myself and never really did anything to get women i have a passion for weight training.

Women online have the best chance even the ugliest ones receive 10 message per day which if more then i got in 1 month. There is always a simp blue pill idiot that is ready to do anything to get a women, the thing is women like that in real life don't attract shit, they are below average but online its another story and there ego gets swollen up then they think they can get the best man on there, also they talk with 10 20 guys at the same time so you compete against all those men without knowing it cause she is bullshitting you that you are the only one she is talking too.

My life got sooo much better since i stop all this shit i was thinking that i was the ugliest man alive after my online dating stint.

Yes its another version but produces the same results, this program is amazing.

Yes i still train 4-5 times per week, i stop all fat burners stimulant, protein powder, creatine cause that shit made me lose lots of hair.

I do take an iron supplement pill.

I go out a few times per year with some of my work buddies they are between 35 and 55 we go at a bar watch hockey or MMA or pro wrestling. I don't go out chasing women anymore, i do call the occasional escort agency.

I changed my diet recently cause i experimented with keto, intermittent fasting, vegan and all sort of shit like that. I got adrenal fatigue from this from not eating for extended period of time low carb will cause your testosterone to fall and thyroid hormone too, i was tired all the time even if during my eating window i met my calories for the day.

I now eat a complete diet, milk dairy yogourt, meat, chicken , turkey, rice, i learn to cook and portion control i won't like during the past few years i put on some weight that i need to lose i am 250 something right now and need to shed to 210 220 pounds.

But yeah i never stop training, its my passion.
