Boss keeps interrupting when I speak

I have a flatmate that does this a lot, mostly without realising. My approach is to stop him instantly when he interrupts me and say "hold on, let me finish".

That does it for me 95% of the time, with the other 5% being when the conversation is heated and respect has been thrown out the window.

The most respected person in the room is the one who can shut up and talk only when necessary.

Stop talking, and let them talk. When they finish their thought, don't immediately jump in - make them ask for your opinion from now on. Stay silent most of the time. This way, when you speak people will actually pay attention because it's so rare and your contributions aren't pointless jib-jab.

And, when they ask your opinion don't immediately start speaking - take up to 5 or 10 seconds of contemplative thought before starting, while they wait in silence. The more times in the day that you hear "herpes_delivery_man, what do you think about this?" the better you're doing at this technique.

I make a point of stop talking immediately but mid-word and making a point of them hearing they've cut me off. It gives me an indication as whether they're being rude (trying to dominate the conversation by ignoring social convention) or just excited about the subject matter and worried they'll forget their point.

Either do nothing, say "Hold on let me finish", or keep talking and act like she never interrupted you.

Your last post asked whether or not smiling was considered alpha or beta. Something tells me that your frame is nonexistent and you're about as alpha as a eunuch.

Don't do anything, because anything that you do will probably be a major fuckup/interpreted incorrectly and you'll get yourself into trouble at work.

My question is Why is she a boss ? Why is this not a He ? A better life awaits you if you want to take the leap of faith.

I had a female boss once and I got so close to her that it was like a brother sister incest sort of vibe going on in between us while being busy with work everyday. She would get angry at me sometimes and I would charm that up by looking directly at her eyes and talking without feeling any guilt, not allowing her to guilt trip me. I am naturally sensual with ladies and she would sometimes catch me looking at her body and curves. But I always keep it professional with her in a fast work environment.

Basically what I am getting at is, I would allow her to over rule me (She is my BOSS for fuck's sake and she can fire me if she wants to) so I would allow her to talk over me, get angry at me and listen to her what she had to say about the work at hand because I am supposed to finish the work for her . but to make it all up for myself I would sexually create a tension with her where I will send her vibe that I am fucking her in the ass doggy style and feeling her body like I want, in my mind. The whole experience to me was how couples dirty talk while sex. She used to get that vibe a lot and sometimes will get attached that she would invite me to sit with her in her cubicle. She would invite me to hop on her car so she could drop me off at home in the evening many many times (I didn't have a car at that time). She was clearly interested in me but I didn't make a move out of pity for her marriage, her little kid, her husband and obviously my job.

But my advice is if you are taking the red pill seriously then it's time to find a new guy boss/job . It does not work well with female bosses. If you try to TRP dominate her too often, you could lose your job, based on your resume value

Interrupt her interruption. Talk over her and finish whatever you were saying.
