Can anyone explain the difference between an Alpha and Sigma?

Think of Alpha males as the main guys. These guys are the centre of attention with a huge social presence. They are the guys who will be going up it every girl they see doing a bit of flirting and game, generally being the life of the party. Obviously high SMV (Sexual Market Value, Desirability to females).

The sigma is that typical 'cool, quiet, mysterious' type you always hear about. Don't get me wrong, this guy isn't insecure or unconfident, not at all. He just doesn't bother with all the social stuff that alphas do. The key thing is that he also has high SMV. This means that girls are still attracted to him even when he's just chilling. This kind of 'mysterious' vibe really attracts girls. However, it's not like you see it in lots of media where the nerdy guy and shy guy gets girls. In reality, girls don't give a shit about that irl.

It's getting ridiculous how many labels are growing that really don't need labels. If a dude is an alpha but does it slightly differently that works with his personality and looks and whatever he's got going for him, then his shit is alpha.

Lets not get carried away here otherwise there will literally be everything from Tangos to Zetas.

Basically an introverted alpha male, you can be confident and have high value without always having to be the center of attention. However when we call someone this we imply a certain level of success. You wouldn't say "I'm sigma but can't get laid, wut do?", that wouldn't be using it right, if you can't get laid it's probably because you are beta. Being sigma is another method of success you can strive for if you don't care for being an attention whore, and don't care much for having a lot of human interaction.

A lot of people think they are sigma because his worth equal the alpha but he is " hidden " but they are not they are just shy and not worth any attention . The sigma doesn't care about the social hierarchy, he is better alone everybody around him is a weight , he is more smart than the alpha and manipulative.

To make the difference between them I usually think " is he cool? do I want him to lead ? and does he WANT to lead " . I'm pretty sure that there is a lot of fictional character who are sigma but i can't remember one of them they are usually really liked but don't bother with that I think sigma are born sigma.
