Ive been eating 1 raw egg in my protein shake everyday, and have noticed a big difference in sexual appetite and erections.

Also try eating ginger, either blending it, or making tea, or just eating it raw.

Please stop all porn, and only masturbation in moderation.

Excercise regularly and eat plenty of protein and vegetables, fruits, etc.

A few questions for you:

Are you taking any medication? I am a viral 24 year old and had erection issues with kidney meds I was taking
Are you comfortable during these intimate moments? Its pretty damn tough to get an erection if you don't feel good in the situation
Do you think you could be gay? Nothing wrong with that, but if you're not attracted to women then you certainly cannot get an erection with women.
Do you get morning wood? This is actually our bodies natural response, almost similar to how computers reboot. We get morning wood as a sort of system check to make sure its all working. If you don't get morning erections (like ever), it might be something to consult with your doctor.

In addition to not watching porn (wish I had your self-control at your age) I'd recommend masturbating in moderation. Once per week (fantasizing about a hottie you want to bang but haven't banged yet is encouraged) is what Mark Manson recommends in "Models" (worth a read).

I've had trouble with this off and on too and I've been having sex for a while now. Usually it's with a new partner who I'm not completely comfortable with yet. I'd take it slow if I were you. Also, go buy some lube if you don't have some already. You can probably get yourself hard and then do the deal. Oral is also wonderful and hj if you haven't tried those things. A little gentle encouragement towards those things might help her get you turned on.

ED is mostly anxiety driven in my opinion. Try focusing on the girl when your mind starts to hamster about not being able to get hard.

Also, there's the whole chemistry thing. Be honest with yourself, is this someone you're actually attracted too? Or are you just looking to get laid? Sometimes the girl is attractive empirically but there's no natural chemistry.
