3 weeks is the wrong timescale. THink 3 years+ out. If you're not gaining weight track how many calories you eat. Add 300 cals/day until your weight moves. And don't skip days track Mon-Fri Sat-Sun.

This is something that takes consistent effort over a sustained period of time.

I went from 120 to 150 in a year then after that year my body became used to gaining and in 6 months went to 160, then 6 mo later 175. I'm now 4-5 years into this and knocking on 183..

This has to be hard otherwise every chump would do it.

Try an eccentric overload. The principle of this is to get your muscles used to a higher weight but you most likely will need a spotter or safeties.
