The problem here is simple: you seem boring. I'm not saying you're boring, but this entire set up was very boring. To sit back and watch tv is boring. Unless you have a sharp sense of humor, there is little worth doing. Think about it this way: people who make television their primary form of entertainment don't have much going on. You might respond that it was her idea or something of the sort: but tht's not the point. The point is, you have to be the most entertaining thing in the room. It does not mean you act like a clown, but you have to be able to hold her attention and keep her wanting more. A lot of people talk about 'game' but a lot of true 'game' comes down to whether you're an interesting person or not.

You messed up because you had no objective beyond trying to kiss her. You didn't know why you were there beyond trying to feel her up. A girl is going to say: why am I going to let him feel me up if he has nothing else to offer. Now you might be boring, she might be boring, and you might be incompatible. Breaking things off with someone that you don't have anything in common with is not to be lamented. It is a good thing.

To in terms of suggestions: I'd say, ask yourself if you are actually an interesting person. If you were a stranger, of either gender, would you be able to really be interesting and want to spend time with you? You're a kid, so you're doing well and growing. But that's the point, the more interesting you become, the less you need a woman and the easier it is to keep a girls attention.

That said, be aware of how things are feeling and then react accordingly. You said you were bored with kissing and it wasn't excalating. That is the exact moment when you change shit up. Turn on music, dance. Change locations, make it adventure. BE EXCITING! Take a bike ride to a chill spot, kiss some more.

Her saying she doesn't "feel anything special" is nothing more than her matching your "bored" vibe. Again, be conscious of the feelings around you and take action.
