Been with her for 1.5 years thereabouts. Have cheated on her numerous times, some of the times she's found out. The only times she's found out, are the times when I've slept with another girl when we were on a "no contact" break due to quarrels or what not.

Anyway about a month ago, I went on holiday with a couple friends and ended up cheating on her. Came back to my country and she found out (she came across the chatlogs).

Why is she going through your stuff? Who gave her access to your electronics?

She found the girl's Facebook and threatened her, threatened to tell her family (?) and company. Oh yea, she also threatened to tell her boyfriend. Yes the girl was attached. Went no contact for about a day after this, and my LTR ended up calling me to go over to her place.

Notice that I'm not absolving you of the responsibility for pissing her off. You should not be having sex with other women unless you're with a girl who can handle you having sex with other women. I don't know what to do. I feel bad for cheating, but I think I feel worse about being found out. Just a while ago she cried, saying she doesn't know if she can ever truly be happy with/trust me again.

You need to call her and tell her one sentence and one sentence only: "We are done."

After that, you block her on every single social media. You delete her phone number and you block it from your phone. You never contact her again and you never respond to any contact from her. If she keeps trying to get in contact with you, you get a restraining order against her. Do not meet with her at any time to talk it out. That is not a conversation you want to have and it is not going to go well. This is a hard next and vanish from her life situation. After that one sentence, she does not exist to you, and you do not exist to her.

Any advice from anyone who's been in a similar spot?

It's fine to not be in an exclusive relationship with a woman. It's not fine to compromise your integrity. Be a man, and tell her up front that you plan to bang other chicks.
