How is that logically possible?

Off-ish / distant behaviour may indicate that she could be emotionally checking out, but how could that conclusively mean she is cheating?

You may speculate or deduce an answer from your inclination, but you’ll only know the truth from hard evidence.

The real question is why are you tolerating such behaviour regardless?

I would say a drastic behavioural change without a clear source. People's behaviour changes in response to a distinct event like family loss, new job, payrise etc. If you notice a change and have no idea as to why she's changed, then that could be a sign. But normally if you have more than one Braincell it's going to be obvious to you.

You're going to get a lot of grief on this because there's a lot of actualized people here. You're not there yet and I think this points to a deeper issue with your mentality behind this.

Instead of even having this question come into your mind, strive to be the person who knows that she wouldn't think of cheating on. Believe it, embody that mentality. Become that man. The issue isn't wondering late at night if she's cheating on you, it's lacking the moral fortitude knowing that you're going to be well off undamaged, unflinching, uncompromising regardless of any sort of outcome. Once you've actualized that internally then your mentality switches. I don't know when it was for me but it took some time. Maybe one will garner that mentality faster than other's. One comment said you're living in her frame and you disagreed but you need to understand you're definitely not in your OWN frame which is exactly where you need to be.

So yes, frame is lost.

Short answer - no.

Long answer - No, but if you have a feeling your girl is cheating, then she probably is. Trust your gut.
