I've previously made two thread about the international student from Western Europe in my class, so if you want more information, you can read there. I number closed but didn't bother contacting her, since, despite intense IOIs from her for weeks, I badly screwed up the initial conversation, and instinctually thought that she had lost interest, so I mentally nexted her. Last thread I was advised by Vasiliy to isolate and escalate. So what I'm going to do is isolate her after next class, game her a bit (kino, etc.), and then tell her that we're going to ____ during some (as yet unknown, I will decide later) day later in the week (probably Friday/Weekend, so that there are no class commitments). I will use the information she divulges in our conversation to calibrate this.

What I'm wondering is, should I go with a date/outing first and THEN take her back to my place for movie/drinks afterwards, or should I be going straight for the movie/drinks? I have a good apartment, but it isn't even furnished (no couches, tv, etc.), so we'd have to sit/snuggle on the bed (can work even better in my favour than the couch) and watch a movie on the laptop. But, being an international student, I think this would work out better if we go some where somewhat exciting first, and THEN I take her back to my place. Although, I admit, I'm new to the area, so It's not clear to me that there is any "exciting" places to take her.
