Background: About 6 months ago, I moved 9 hours away from my hometown to a place where I don't know anybody. I did this because I was offered my dream job. I'm 28 and single, and have not been monogamous for 5 years or so.

So, I have this co-worker who I instantly clicked with. She's 34, married, and has an 11-year-old kid. Basically, she's told me that she's unhappy in her marriage. Her husband is 5 years older than her and is not giving her what she needs sexually. He has a minor physical deformity that has completely taken away his confidence.
