Hello. I am currently 17 years old and i have really been trying to expand my horizons. I have been trying to read and apply Knowledge gained on Red Pill subreddits while also growing and learning different social interactions and economics from different readings. Recently, i have started reading 'How to win friends and influence people,' by Dale Carnegie, and although dated, has already changed my ways of thinking when it comes to friendships and relationships. I have gained many friends, had plenty of good conversations and have noticed satisfaction with myself and my peers; and i am only on Part 2! But the one thing that I've noticed is that it only has a noticeable impact on my Male friends, not any romantic or sexual relationships with girls. Much of what Dale Carnegie describes as a way to win friends is a lot of Beta behaviors when it comes to talking with females, such as giving them plenty of attention, taking a guanine interests in them, and always remembering their birthdays and names and such. I have even notices how all of the examples he has given have all been from either a male friendship standpoint, or a business perspective, and he never explains about females in detail. I am at a real cognitive dissonance between these two thoughts, because the books advise so far has had good far reaching consequences for me, although i know this behavior will not be so rewarding for me if i try to make it into a sexual relationship with women. Any help differentiating them would be helpful. Thanks in advance.
